Event Transportation

4:15pm on Saturday

Shuttles will be provided to and from Camp Hale, departing and returning at The Sebastian Hotel.

Provided busses will transfer guests to and from floating the river, departing and returning at The Sebastian Hotel. Check back on the website as we get closer for detailed timing.

All other weekend events will be within Vail Village and accessible by walking/free Vail bus system.

Dress Code

Rehearsal Dinner: Cocktail Attire With a Western Flare: Men wear sports coat no tie. A bolo tie, cowboy boots or cowboy hat are some suggestions to add a western flare if desired. Women wear cocktail dresses with western accessories if desired.

Wedding Ceremony and Reception: Black Tie Optional: Men have the option of wearing a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie. Women wear cocktail dresses or long dresses.
